• We ask that fragile, high-value, or sentimental items — fine art, glassware, curio pieces — be set aside or pointed out before we start.
• Add-ons booked ahead of time give your crew the room in the schedule to do them properly.
• Showers or tile with significant build-up may need the heavy-duty scrubbing add-on for the best result.
